MSO/DS1000Z
The DS1000Z series of digital oscilloscopes use the Ultravision technology platform, which continues the characteristics of deep storage and high waveform capture rate, and has an excellent cost performance advantage. The innovative DS1000Z Plus series comes standard with a digital channel interface that can be upgraded to a full-featured MSO with the addition of an RPL1116 logic probe.

12Mpts Storage Depth
Standard with 12M, optional with 24m super long storage depth. (standard configuration of digital channel 6m, optional 12m) allows the user to give full consideration to the overall situation and details of the waveform, maintain the highest sampling rate in a longer period of time, without missing any waveform changes

Hardware Waveform Recording and Playback Function
Provide waveform recording function options, record waveform changes, easily replay waveform, find out the fault location

Serial Bus Triggering and Decoding
Provide bus triggering and decoding options, support RS232 / UART, I2C, SPI bus

Digital Fluorescent Display
Gray level display capability, similar to fluorescent display effect, with minute change of waveform

Mixed Signal Analysis Capability
The plus model provides 16 digital logic channels, which makes it more convenient to test multiple analog and digital signals at the same time and analyze logic signals more conveniently. DS1000z plus can be upgraded to MSO

Two 25MHz Signal Sources
With two 25MHz arbitrary waveform generator models, the oscilloscope, logic analyzer and signal source are combined to give you a more efficient test experience
