DSG3000

The DHO5000 series is the first 8-channel digital oscilloscope released by RIGOL. It supports up to 8 analog channel inputs, with a maximum real-time bandwidth of 1 GHz, a maximum real-time sampling rate of 4 GSa/s, and a vertical resolution of 12 bits. It can help engineers solve testing problems in multiple fields such as embedded design, power semiconductor testing, and power rail testing.  

Functions and features

Rich signal output function

The maximum output signal frequency of the DSG3000 can reach 12 GHz. It can generate continuous waves, various forms of low-frequency signals, and frequency/amplitude sweep signals with multiple configurable parameters. The output signals are accurate and reliable, and it provides the function of automatic calibration through a power meter.

High Power Signal Generation Capability

The maximum output amplitude is +13dBm (nominal value), which can be set to +25dBm, which meets the non-linearity test of the amplifier.

Pulse Modulation, Providing Up to 80dB Switching Ratio

Standard pulse modulation, pulse on/off ratio up to 80dB, optional custom pulse sequence, can generate single pulse, double pulse and arbitrary pulse sequence, with analog modulation external modulation input function, can easily realize ASK, FSK, Simple digitally modulated output such as PSK

Internal and External IQ Modulation

Users can choose both internal and external IQ modulation modes, internal I+Q modulation bandwidth up to 60MHz, EVM <0.7%, external I+Q modulation bandwidth 240MHz, EVM <0.8% (typical), and Ultra IQ Station for convenience Generated vector signal waveform

Reliable Output Amplitude Stability

Excellent repeatability provides engineers with sufficient test confidence that the 72-hour output amplitude variation is less than 0.02dB

Multiple Modulation Methods

Standard amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, equal modulation analog modulation and pulse modulation and pulse generator, optional user-defined pulse sequence, and I / Q modulation and IQ baseband generator can generate QAM, ASK, PSK, FSK, Various commonly used modulation signals such as MSK; all modulations support internal and external modulation sources

Phase Noise Metric

High signal purity, phase noise typical value <-110dBc/Hz@20kHz, similar products in the United States; better high-stability clock reference can get better near-phase noise index

Small Signal Output Capability

Minimum output amplitude of -130dBm (can be set to -140dBm) for demanding receiver sensitivity testing
